I believe we remember how we felt when we look back at photos which is why I take a documentary approach.
This means I'll only prompt you to do things if I'm not getting good light or we want to move to a new location or towards documenting a different part of your story.
This allows you to settle in just as you are without judgement on how you're moving and existing.
I want you to remember how it felt to settle in to your body, take full breaths and enjoy a quiet moment with yourself rather than the stress of perfect outfits and forced poses.
